Final-year project mentoring that gets you viva-ready
We mentor students building final-year capstone projects — helping you scope, design, and build something you fully understand and can defend, not a black box you can't explain in your viva.
What does capstone project mentoring cover?
Topic Selection & Scoping
We help you pick a topic that's ambitious enough to matter and realistic enough to finish on time.
Architecture & Tech Stack Guidance
Sound technical decisions explained in plain language, so you can justify every choice.
Hands-On Implementation Support
Pair-programming style sessions where you write the code and we unblock you when you're stuck.
Documentation & Report Writing
Structuring your report so it clearly explains what you built and why.
Viva & Defense Preparation
Mock Q&A sessions so you can explain and defend every part of your project confidently.
Popular Project Domains
AI/ML, web applications, mobile apps, and IoT-plus-software projects.
How do we keep the capstone project yours?
Our goal is for you to walk into your viva able to explain and defend every decision in your project — because you made it, with our guidance. We work as mentors: reviewing your code, explaining concepts you're stuck on, and pointing out gaps before your evaluator does.
We do not write and hand over a project for you to submit as your own unaided work. That approach leaves you unable to defend it and puts your academic standing at risk. Instead, expect structured sessions, code reviews, and honest feedback — the kind of support a good final-year advisor would give if they had more time.
Most students start 3-6 months before submission, which gives enough runway for scoping, building, and a documentation/viva-prep pass without a last-minute scramble. Sessions run weekly or biweekly depending on how much time you have between classes, over video call or in person if you're based in Noida.
Good fits for this program
- Final-year B.Tech/BCA/MCA students who want to build a real, working system.
- Students who have a rough idea but need help scoping it realistically.
- Anyone who wants to genuinely learn the tech stack, not just submit something.
How much mentoring do you actually need?
Every student gets a free call first to talk through the topic and timeline — these tiers are a starting point for that conversation.
